This is the first song I heard of Shankar Tucker’s funky hindustani classic on youtube. Now am listening almost every song on TheShrutiBox channel at YouTube
Too good voice and improvisations……….in this track I should say the singer has overshadowed Shankar…
I’m pretty sure tht Aditya is a carnatic vocalist, pronunciation of some hindi words are more emphasized (which I feel is the only thing that’s not so good)
Aditya rao is an exceptional talent.i was instantly attracted by the husky voice.would like to get his contact to know if he is interested to work in an album down the line.
i like to appreciate Shanker for a wonderful dimension to the original song

I never knew there was a song like this leave alone a movie name Yuvraaj and after having heard the original after I heard this version I do not think I will listen to the original again. A chance pointer from a friend led me to this channel and I wait impatiently for the next offering from here. Was disappointed to find no new offering when I logged in here today. Great singing from Aditya and I think all of that would have been to no avail if the mridungam and the clarinet had not supported the vocals. Some confluence of the West and East this is! Please continue experimenting. It sounds beautiful. Thank you Shankar Tucker!
